Aldrich Glen is a 12-lot single-family residential subdivision located in the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York. The site presented a demanding combination of steep topography and regulated wetland areas, requiring careful lot layout and grading design to maximize the developable area while maintaining compliance with environmental and municipal requirements.
McMahon LaRue Associates provided complete civil engineering services from initial concept through final Planning Board approval, guiding the project through each step of the Town of Perinton’s review process.
MLA’s scope encompassed full subdivision layout and lot design, site engineering and earthwork grading, and stormwater management system design. The team coordinated wetlands permitting with the applicable regulatory agencies to ensure all work remained outside protected buffers.
The subdivision’s challenging terrain required detailed grading analysis to establish buildable pad elevations for each lot while managing stormwater runoff across the sloped site. MLA prepared all municipal submission packages for Planning Board review, including subdivision plats, grading and drainage plans, and stormwater management reports.
