The Fourmile Creek PUD Subdivision is a mixed residential Planned Unit Development located in the Town of Ontario, Wayne County, New York. The development brings together three distinct housing types — market-rate apartment buildings, attached townhouses, and single-family residential lots — within a single cohesive planned community.
McMahon LaRue Associates provided complete civil engineering and land surveying services from initial concept through municipal approvals and into active construction. The project required sustained coordination with the Town of Ontario Planning Board and Town Board through a multi-year review and approval process.
MLA’s scope included full PUD and subdivision design, internal road geometry and layout, utility coordination, stormwater management system design, and preparation of all municipal submission packages. The firm also provides construction staking as each section moves into the field.
The development’s stormwater system incorporates a retention pond designed to manage runoff from the full build-out while meeting NYSDEC SPDES and Town of Ontario requirements.
Section 1 is substantially complete, with single-family homes, townhouse buildings, and apartment structures occupied or nearing completion. Sections 2 and 3 are currently under active construction — grading, road base, underground utilities, and foundations are progressing across both sections.
